Meet the Owner

Derek has been in the glass business since he was thirteen years old. Scott Jones, the co-founder of All Keys Glass, gave "the neighbor kid" an opportunity to make some extra money one day after school. Since day one Derek proved to be the hardest working individual Scott had ever met. Soon Derek was in his own company vehicle installing auto glass on the weekends. After graduating high school, he continued to prove his work ethic and was promoted to foreman, leading window installing crews. Years later, Scott sold his glass business to pursue his dream of living in the Florida Keys. At the young age of 22, Derek packed his bags and joined him on his journey, where they opened All Keys Glass, Inc. After Scott's unexpected passing in 2006, Derek took over the business and continues to be the leading Florida Keys shower door and window installer.

On his off time, Derek enjoys the Florida Keys for what they are: a boating and fishing paradise. If he's not on the water you can find him doing some type of construction work, rather it's on his own home or that of a friend’s. People often joke that when Derek's not working, he is most likely working.
